These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “Customer”) and Saanvi Enterprises, operating Shop4Deal (“we”, “us”, “our”), governing your access to and use of the Shop4Deal website, mobile site, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must stop using the Platform immediately.

This document is an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules made thereunder. 
This document does not require any physical or digital signatures.

This Terms & Conditions document is published in accordance with Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology 
(Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.
 

1️⃣ Eligibility & Use of Platform

• The Platform is intended for users 18 years or older.

• By using the Platform, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

• Users must provide true, accurate, and current information at all times.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be providing false or misleading information.

2️⃣ Changes to Terms

• We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice.

• Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

• Users are responsible for reviewing Terms periodically.

3️⃣ Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Platform — including text, images, logos, designs, software, code, and trademarks — is the exclusive property of Shop4Deal or its licensors.

You may:

• Access content for personal, non-commercial use only

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, or exploit any content without prior written consent.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

4️⃣ Account Registration & Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• All activity under your account is deemed to be performed by you.

• We reserve the right to modify or reclaim usernames that are inappropriate or misleading.

5️⃣ Products & Availability

• Product images, descriptions, and specifications are displayed as accurately as possible.

• Actual product appearance may vary due to device display differences.

• All products are subject to availability and may be discontinued without notice.

• Prices are subject to change at our discretion.

6️⃣ Orders, Payments & Billing

We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit / Debit Cards

• UPI

• Net Banking

• Wallets

• Paytm

• EMI

• Cash on Delivery

• Gift Vouchers

• All payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR).

• You authorize us to charge your selected payment method at the time of order placement.

• We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit orders at our discretion, including bulk or reseller orders.

7️⃣ Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

All cancellations, returns, and refunds are governed strictly by our Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy, available separately on the Platform and incorporated herein by reference.

8️⃣ Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

• Use bots, scrapers, or automated systems

• Attempt to breach security or access restricted areas

• Misuse customer support or submit false claims

• Upload malware, spam, or harmful content

• Use the Platform for illegal, fraudulent, or competitive purposes

Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination.

9️⃣ User-Generated Content & Reviews

• Users may post reviews or content where permitted.

• Content must be lawful, accurate, non-abusive, and non-misleading.

• By submitting content, you grant Shop4Deal a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use it.

We reserve the right to remove content at our discretion.

🔟 Third-Party Links & Services

• The Platform may contain links to third-party websites.

• We are not responsible for third-party content, services, or transactions.

• Use of third-party services is at your own risk.

1️⃣1️⃣ Disclaimer

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available”.

We make no warranties regarding:

• Accuracy of content

• Continuous availability

• Error-free operation

Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

1️⃣2️⃣ Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Shop4Deal shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• Total liability, if any, shall not exceed ₹10,000 or the amount paid by you in the last 2 months, whichever is lower.

1️⃣3️⃣ Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shop4Deal from any claims, losses, or damages arising from:

• Your use of the Platform

• Violation of these Terms

• Infringement of third-party rights

1️⃣4️⃣ Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
All disputes shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.

1️⃣5️⃣ Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform at any time, without notice, for violation of these Terms or applicable law.

1️⃣6️⃣ Electronic Communications

You consent to receive communications electronically and agree that electronic records satisfy legal requirements.

1️⃣7️⃣ Miscellaneous

• These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Shop4Deal.

• If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain enforceable.

• No waiver shall be deemed a waiver of future enforcement.
