These Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern participation in the Shop4Deal Affiliate Program. By selecting acceptance, applying for, joining, or promoting Shop4Deal through the Program, you enter into these Terms with Saanvi Enterprises ("Shop4Deal", "we", "us").
1. Eligibility and approval
Applications are open to individuals aged 18 or older with legal capacity and to legally constituted entities acting through an authorised representative. You must provide complete, accurate information and maintain it. Participation is subject to Shop4Deal approval. Shop4Deal may approve, decline, suspend, or terminate an affiliate account where it reasonably considers this necessary for compliance, security, fraud prevention, customer protection, or program integrity.
2. Your affiliate account and responsibilities
You must keep your contact, tax, and payout information accurate and secure. You are responsible for all activity conducted using your affiliate links, tracking codes, approved coupons, and accounts. You must not transfer, sell, sublicense, or allow another person to use your account without Shop4Deal’s written approval.
3. Permitted promotion and disclosures
You may promote Shop4Deal through genuine editorial, creator, publisher, community, social-media, email, website, and other channels that comply with applicable law and platform rules. Every promotional communication with a material connection to Shop4Deal must contain a clear, prominent, and platform-appropriate disclosure, such as #Ad, #Sponsored, #Advertisement, or a supported platform disclosure label. The disclosure must be visible without requiring a consumer to open a profile or search for it. Claims about products, pricing, availability, delivery, savings, health, performance, or offers must be accurate, current, and capable of substantiation.
4. Prohibited conduct
You must not use deceptive, abusive, unlawful, or technically manipulative promotion. This includes cookie stuffing; forced, hidden, or automatic clicks; bots or simulated traffic; fake leads or orders; misleading claims; impersonation; spam; malware; unauthorised use of Shop4Deal content; concealing the destination of a link; creating duplicate accounts; manipulating orders, coupons, tracking, or refunds; or seeking to claim a customer after a sale has occurred. Unless Shop4Deal expressly authorises it in writing, you must not bid on, purchase, or use Shop4Deal trademarks, confusing variations, domain names, or social-media handles in paid search advertising or otherwise.
Shop4Deal grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use only the approved links, names, logos, and creative assets supplied for the Program, solely for permitted promotion. No other intellectual-property right is granted. You must immediately stop using those assets when asked or when participation ends.
5. Links, tracking, and attribution
Use the tracking links and codes issued by Shop4Deal. A valid affiliate attribution generally lasts for 60 days from the recorded eligible affiliate interaction. Among eligible affiliate interactions, the last valid affiliate attribution wins. A later direct visit does not by itself remove a still-valid affiliate attribution. Approved affiliate coupons may establish or update affiliate attribution where applicable.
An active eligible customer referral relationship takes precedence over affiliate attribution. Shop4Deal records one winning acquisition reward source for an eligible order value; referral and affiliate acquisition rewards do not stack for the same eligible order value. Shop4Deal’s recorded attribution, fraud, eligibility, and order records control in the event of a dispute.
6. Commissions
Commission rates may be set globally or by category, product/SKU, or approved affiliate-specific terms. The applicable policy and rate are recorded when an eligible order is attributed; later rate changes do not alter that recorded order. For the current program version, the commission basis is the final persisted Shop4Deal order grand total, frozen at order creation and calculated in INR using the recorded rate. Rates, currency conversion (if any), and rounding shown in the affiliate dashboard are authoritative for the relevant recorded order.
An eligible order is an order for which Shop4Deal records Affiliate as the winning acquisition source and which is not excluded by these Terms, fraud controls, cancellation, return, refund, or other valid adjustment. Affiliates may earn for eligible purchases by new or existing customers, including their own eligible purchases, subject to these Terms and fraud controls. A recorded commission is not a guarantee of payment. A full qualifying cancellation, return, or refund results in a 100% commission reversal. Shop4Deal may investigate, hold, reject, reverse, or adjust commissions for fraudulent or invalid traffic, order manipulation, policy breach, accounting correction, or other legitimate compliance reasons. Commission records and adjustments are maintained as auditable historical entries.
7. Payment, tax, and negative balances
Subject to these Terms and verification requirements, payments are processed monthly once the payable balance reaches INR 1,000. Available payment methods are verified bank transfer and UPI accounts in the affiliate’s name or otherwise approved by Shop4Deal. You must provide valid payment, PAN, GST, invoice, and other information reasonably required for payment, tax, withholding, audit, or compliance purposes. You are responsible for your tax registrations, returns, invoices, and other obligations. Shop4Deal may deduct or withhold tax, including TDS, where required by law and will provide applicable withholding documentation in the ordinary course.
If a payment fails, is returned, or cannot be verified, Shop4Deal may hold it until corrected information is provided. If reversals or adjustments create a negative balance, Shop4Deal may carry the balance forward, set it off against future commissions, and request repayment. You agree not to submit the same repayment reference more than once.
8. Reviews, disputes, and records
Shop4Deal may review traffic, orders, coupon use, attribution, payment details, and compliance evidence. You must promptly provide reasonable supporting information on request. Any dispute must be submitted with supporting evidence within 30 days of the relevant dashboard entry or statement. Shop4Deal’s records are prima facie evidence of Program activity; we will review substantiated disputes reasonably and in good faith.
9. Privacy and data use
Shop4Deal uses privacy-minimising first-party tracking identifiers and operational records to operate, secure, measure, audit, and pay the Program. Our processing is described in the Affiliate Program Privacy Notice. You must not collect, share, sell, or misuse customer personal information obtained through the Program. You may use only aggregated program reporting made available to you, must not attempt to identify customers from it, and must promptly notify Shop4Deal of any suspected unauthorised access, disclosure, or use.
10. Suspension and termination
Either party may end participation at any time. Shop4Deal may immediately suspend links, attribution, commissions, access, or payment where it reasonably suspects fraud, abuse, security risk, non-compliance, or harm to customers or the Shop4Deal brand. Termination does not remove obligations that by their nature continue, including audit, confidentiality, tax, repayment, dispute, and liability provisions.
11. Changes to these Terms
Shop4Deal may update these Terms for legal, operational, security, or program reasons. The version displayed on this page applies from its effective date. Material changes require affirmative acceptance before further participation; prior acceptance evidence is retained and is not overwritten.
12. Indemnity and liability
You will indemnify Shop4Deal and its personnel against third-party claims, losses, penalties, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful promotion, misleading claims, infringement of another person’s rights, breach of these Terms, or misuse of personal data. Neither party excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud. Subject to that limitation, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from the Program.
13. General
These Terms do not create employment, agency, partnership, franchise, or exclusivity. You may not assign these Terms without Shop4Deal’s written consent. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at the place of Shop4Deal’s registered office have exclusive jurisdiction.
