2. Customer should reach out to brand's authorised service center to get the services as part of warranty
3. Warranty on Refurbished mobile phones is provided by our website and any required repairs will be conducted in coordination with Customer support team.
4. There is no warranty on Mobile Screen as when customer receives any device of which screen is not working/blank then customer should notify our customer support team within 12 hours of delivery and any notificiaton made after 12 hours will be considered as damage due to misuse of product which will not be covered as part of warranty
