1. Information we process

We process affiliate account and contact details, channel information, affiliate codes and links, click and attribution data, aggregate performance data, commission and settlement records, tax information such as PAN and GST details, payout-method verification information, fraud/compliance evidence, and Terms acceptance evidence.

2. Why we process it

We use this information to assess applications, operate links and attribution, calculate and reconcile commissions, prevent fraud and misuse, administer payments and tax obligations, respond to disputes, comply with law, and protect Shop4Deal, affiliates, and customers.

3. Tracking and minimisation

The Program uses privacy-minimising first-party tracking identifiers to associate eligible activity with an affiliate. We do not provide affiliates with customer identity or order-level personal information. Reporting is aggregated.

4. Sharing and service providers

Information is shared only with authorised personnel and service providers that support hosting, analytics, payments, tax, fraud prevention, professional advice, or legal compliance, and with authorities where required by law. We do not sell affiliate personal data.

5. Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the Program, security, dispute resolution, tax, accounting, audit, and legal compliance. We apply access controls and appropriate technical and organisational safeguards. PAN, GST, and payout details are handled as sensitive operational information and access is restricted.

6. Your choices and requests

You may request access, correction, or other assistance regarding your affiliate information by contacting us at the address above. Requests are handled subject to applicable law and to records we must retain for fraud prevention, tax, accounting, or legal obligations.

7. Your responsibilities

You must not collect, disclose, sell, or otherwise misuse customer personal data through the Program. If you reasonably suspect unauthorised access to Program information, notify us promptly at the contact above.
