Refer & Earn Terms
Refer a new Shop4Deal customer and earn rewards on eligible purchases made by that customer for up to 365 days after successful registration and locked attribution.
Rates
Applicable rates may be between 0% and 10% and may differ by campaign, product, SKU, category or global policy. The rate shown for a product applies to eligible purchases of that product only.
Eligibility
A new customer means a person for whom no prior row exists in Shop4Deal's customer users table before the referral registration. The registration must also use a mobile number and email identity that have not already been verified or associated with another Shop4Deal account; if either verified identity matches an existing account, the person is treated as an existing customer and is not eligible. Each referred customer can have one direct referrer. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts and identity conflicts are not eligible.
Eligible purchases
Only eligible retained merchandise value is considered. Shipping, COD charges, confirmation deposits and other non-merchandise amounts are excluded. Cancellations, returns, refunds, replacements and insufficient evidence may affect eligibility.
Attribution period
The 365-day period begins when the genuinely new customer successfully registers and the referral relationship is locked. The applicable order-item rate is recorded at the time of the eligible order and historical records are not recalculated from later policy changes.
Verification
Referral records remain subject to Shop4Deal verification, correction of duplicate or invalid records, and applicable program rules.
